Office Policies

Please advise us a minimum of 24 hours in advance for any appointment cancellations or changes to avoid a charge for the time reserved.

Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining portion of their treatment and are responsible for the full amount of time reserved.

Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping cell phones and children away from the clinic whenever possible.

We accept personal checks or cash. We apologize we are not able to accept credit card payments.

Standards of Sterilization

We practice the standards of sterilization and sanitation set forth by the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) with regards to Electrolysis and Facials. Electrolysis needles are individually prepackaged and sterile. A new needle is used for each client, and disposed in a Bio Hazard container. Our tweezers and extractors are sterilized using hospital standards.
